This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we handle shipping for our custom-made products in the United States. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our wallcoverings, all sales are final, and no returns are accepted except as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and territories. We do offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

3. Processing Time

Since our wallcoverings are custom-made to your specifications, each order is produced after you confirm your purchase.

  • Production Time: Production typically takes 1-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. This time may vary depending on the complexity of your order and current demand.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is finalized. Production begins only after confirmation, and changes cannot be made once production starts.

4. Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via shipping carriers, e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days after production is complete.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-5 business days after production is complete, for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Accurate Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the wallcoverings are handed over to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery to ensure it arrives in good condition.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your wallcovering arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the damage. We will review the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement at no additional cost, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement.

9. No Returns

Due to the custom nature of our wallcoverings, all sales are final, and no returns are accepted except in cases of damaged or defective products or incorrect order fulfillment, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
