  • Order Confirmation: Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. Production begins after confirmation, and changes to the order cannot be made once production starts.

  • Pricing and Payment: Prices for custom wallcoverings are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be clearly communicated during checkout.

4. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our wallcoverings, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are accepted except in cases of defective or damaged products or incorrect order fulfillment, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
